ADU Construction Contractor Turnkey Accessory Dwelling Units
Add a fully permitted accessory dwelling unit to your property. We manage the entire process — plans, permits, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finish work.
Add Living Space & Rental Income to Your Property
California's ADU laws have made it easier than ever to add a second dwelling unit to your residential property. Whether you want rental income, a space for family, or a home office, an ADU is one of the smartest investments you can make in Southern California real estate.
We Build Every Type of ADU
Detached ADU
A standalone unit in your backyard. The most popular option — offers complete privacy for tenants or family members. Typically 400–1,200 sq ft.
Attached ADU
An addition connected to the primary home. Shares one wall with the main house while maintaining a separate entrance. Cost-effective option that utilizes existing structure.
Garage Conversion
Transform an existing garage into a livable unit. Often the fastest and most affordable ADU option since the foundation and structure are already in place.
Junior ADU (JADU)
A smaller unit (up to 500 sq ft) created within the existing footprint of your home. Ideal for a single occupant. Can share bathroom facilities with the main house.
Your ADU — From Concept to Keys in 5 Steps
Initial Consultation & Feasibility
We visit your property, assess the site, review zoning and setback requirements, and help you determine the right ADU type and size for your goals and budget. You'll receive a preliminary scope and cost estimate.
Design & Permitting
Our design team creates architectural plans tailored to your property. We submit plans to the city or county, handle plan-check comments, and secure all required building permits before breaking ground.
Foundation & Framing
Construction begins with site preparation, foundation pour, and framing. You'll see your ADU take shape as the walls go up and the roof goes on — typically within 4–6 weeks of starting.
MEP Rough-In & Interior Finish
Our licensed electricians and plumbers complete all rough-in work. Drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and trim follow. Every detail is built to the same quality standards as a primary residence.
Final Inspection & Handover
We schedule and pass all final inspections. You receive a fully permitted, move-in-ready ADU with a certificate of occupancy. We walk through every detail with you before handing over the keys.
